It's Raining in Cali!

Rain
I realize rain isn't that big of a deal to all of you who deal with snow,
but bear with us
because rain is our big deal!
If you're Emily, you're sloshing in the streets of SF on your way to work all wet.
If you're me, you battle keeping a toddler trapped inside.
So- I am on a hunt for rain boots.
Of course I found these that I love...but hate the price
Piperlime for $70.00
then I found an alternative which I can totally stomach
(although wish I had the others ;)

Love the tops ones too! I was thinking of checking out DSW today for the same thing--I don't want to jinx the rain since I know we need it!
Not only is it raining here in So Cal but there was a tornado! It actually flipped an SUV on PCH down here!
me! i wanna go jump in some puddles! (better than slipping on ice) but i need some boots too...
santa brought me some gray ones with hot pink insides - i LOVE them!!! Tar-J baby!

A good friend of mine from Sweden says there's a saying, "There's no such thing as bad weather just bad clothing!" Something I live by here in soggy Seattle.
When all else fails and I'm stuck indoors with stir crazy kids, we make a fort in the living room:)

I woke up to a RAINY day and 2 hyper dogs that needed a walk and wished that I had gone to Target and gotten these yesterday! hmm....maybe I need to make a trip today!
