This morning my daughter and I are making this yummy pumpkin bread from a pumpkin we picked up at a local farm.

I'm not the biggest Halloween fan myself! I love fall though :) favorite season!

Despite that, we're going to a family halloween party on saturday and we're bringing 'mummy dogs' (the hostess loves them, and so do i, so i cannot help myself!)
Maybe we'll have to make those ghoulish looking drinks for after the kiddos are t'bed.
... oh no, am i falling for Halloween after all?!

love the looks of these!!!! just went to a halloween party last weekend dressed as the cheshire cat....and i brought kitty litter. (seriously served it in a kitty litter box with a pooper scooper!) i think ANY of these recipies would have gotten me better looks as I set my dish down on the table. ha!

We did the glitter pumpkins and they turned out cute! We actually used them at a baby shower. Another fun idea with those is to carve them out and place flowers in them for a centerpiece. Turns out great!

I love to have a fall candy table in which the guest can fill a bag/cup with candy corn, m & m (fall colors) and peanuts. It is such a yummy treat and it looks great displayed.

Gosh, and I thought my little cards with a stamp fence and ribbon pumpkins settled on the top of the posts was cute. These are dahhhhling! The 'Rest in Peas' cracked me up, so that will be sitting atop my pumpkin tablecloth... Hmmmm... we will need something to scare away our thirst, so perhaps the Pina Ghoulada would do the trick... And then... what is a holiday without dessert, except a plain ol' week day? There ya have it - all three for me!

LOVE the drinks. That is the coolest halloween party idea ever and not just cause I love adult beverages! Really, Martha Stewart? I guess I have a different MS impression in my head.
