Repurposed Treasure

Here at Frenchie & Flea, we LOVE repurposing!
1. It's a great money saver (and we are all about saving money).

2. It's all about the chase!
Buying a piece that is mass produced is easy, but hunting a coveted item down and building that anticipation for hours, days, or weeks can be FUN!

3. It gets the creative juices flowing!
A piece you find on ebay or craigslist or at a garage sale may be great the way it is OR it can leave room for a little TLC.

This chair was a craigslist find and the fabric was from Anthem Fabrics at Etsy.
This ended up being a $25 dollar project!

Some other things you'll see here are a repurposed table that we found at the Alameda Antique Show.
Another trick?
We needed a new area rug. They are expensive! We bought a remnant piece and had a bordered sewn on.
That saved us $50!
