A little about Tara...

1. My favorite holiday tradition is having a long week off work...just kidding... we are a fly by the seat of your pants kind of family. Traditions come and go, but I think what is so neat is each year we do something different for Christmas dinner. One year, Mexican, one year Italian, one year traditional and it is always a pot luck so no one is stuck in the kitchen all day long cooking! Being together as a family I suppose is our standing tradition!

2. I adore handmade gifts and vintage! There is something so special about getting something handmade, knowing someone took the time to make something that comes from the heart. They took the time to put their little touches on it, to add their signature design, to express who they are through their creations. To me that is what a gift is, something from the heart that expresses who you are! Handmade is the only way to go! :)Diamonds are good too, just kidding, I had to add that...just in case ya know, the MAN is reading!

3. My favorite shoppe item changes all of the time, but right now I love the yellow teacups I have in store, they are quarky and beautiful all at the same time. I also love the handmade towels my momma created, but I am a wee bit biased since she is my momma after all!
