This weekend, I might make some Pie in a Jar....because, let's be honest....I adore all things mini! They would make amazing hostess gifts, desserts for a dinner party, or favors even. But the BEST part about them? You can put the lids on the jars and freeze them until you're ready to bake!!! SO make a bunch, then freeze some for later, and you have instant homemade pie in your freezer for your next craving (and, they are nicely portion controlled too!).

I tend to get really excited over food and this makes me absolutely ecstatic!! I love pie!! My coworkers have already gathered around my computer and asked me when I will make these for them. Wonder where you can get the mini jars?
yum! how fun, I made mini cheesecakes last year for christmas gifts... they were a hit! I will switch it up this year and head for the warm pies!
I LOVE this idea. I, too, love all things mini. What an awesome gift this would make.
